These terms form an agreement between you and OlaGrow Software, a sole proprietorship registered in Quebec under enterprise number (NEQ) 2282580382 ("OlaGrow", "we").
By signing up for the OlaGrow waitlist or using the application, you accept these terms of service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our services.
OlaGrow is a market-garden management tool enabling seedling batch tracking, visual crop planning, task management, and production traceability. The service is provided as-is, during active development.
You can open an account yourself from the website, or be invited. Opening an account requires a valid email address, which you confirm before activation.
The service is under active development. This means that:
Several plans coexist; some features are only included from a given plan upward. Your account's plan and what it includes are shown in the application, under "My account".
You agree to use OlaGrow only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. It is notably prohibited to:
The data you enter into OlaGrow (batches, crops, tasks, notes, photos) belongs to you. We claim no rights over your content.
You are also solely responsible for it. By uploading content — a photo in particular — you represent that you hold the necessary rights and warrant that it breaks no law and none of the rules in section 4. You hold us harmless against any third-party claim arising from content you uploaded.
We carry out no prior screening of what you upload: your workspace is private and we do not browse it. If content that is illegal or contrary to these terms is reported to us, or otherwise comes to our attention, we may remove it and, depending on severity, suspend or terminate the account concerned, without notice. Manifestly illegal content is reported to the competent authorities where the law requires it.
To report content you believe to be illegal or abusive: contact@olagrow.com. We acknowledge receipt and handle every report as promptly as we can.
You may request a copy by writing to contact@olagrow.com; we will send it in a structured, commonly used format within 30 days. Self-serve export from the application is not available yet.
The OlaGrow software, its interface, text, and design are the exclusive property of OlaGrow Software. Any reproduction, distribution, or modification without written authorization is prohibited.
OlaGrow is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or indirect damages resulting from the use of the service. It is your responsibility to maintain backups of your critical data.
OlaGrow offers two paid plans, Standard and Pro. There is no free plan. The plan applying to your account is shown in the application, along with the list of what it includes.
Billing, renewal and cancellation terms for paid plans are stated at the time of subscription. No paid plan is activated without your agreement, and any price change is communicated to you by email beforehand.
You may stop using OlaGrow at any time.
To delete your account, an account administrator requests it from the application (My account → Profile → Delete my account), or writes to us at contact@olagrow.com. Deletion is carried out within 30 days and is permanent: it erases the entire workspace — your batches, plans, tasks, notes and every one of your users' accounts. You can cancel the request by writing to us before the deadline. Backup retention periods are described in the privacy policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account in case of violation of these terms, with prior notice whenever possible.
These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec and Canada. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Quebec.
We may modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
