This page describes account deletion for the OlaGrow app (package com.olagrow.app), developed and operated by OlaGrow Software, a sole proprietorship registered in Quebec under enterprise number (NEQ) 2282580382.
From the app — open My account → Profile, then Request account deletion. The button is offered only to the account administrator: deleting an OlaGrow account deletes the whole team's workspace, not just your own profile. If you are not the administrator, the screen tells you who is.
By email, without installing the app — write to contact@olagrow.com from the address associated with the account, including the name of your OlaGrow workspace. We confirm the request by return email.
Deletion covers the entire workspace, not a single profile:
Your workspace's database is destroyed in full, along with its access account.
One safety copy, 90 days at most. It is taken just before deletion, solely so a request made in error can be reversed. It is not consulted for any other purpose and is destroyed automatically once that period ends.
Our general backups. Daily backups are destroyed after 7 days, weekly ones after 35 days, and one full monthly backup is kept for at most 12 months so the service can be restored after a major incident. They are never used to bring back a deleted account.
What the law requires us to keep. If you subscribed to a paid plan, the accounting records tied to your payments are kept for as long as applicable tax law requires. They contain none of your growing data.
Nothing else is retained. We keep no residual profile, no usage history, and no address for contact purposes.
The account and its data are deleted within 30 days of the request. Deletion is permanent: once the 90-day safety copy expires, no restoration is possible.
Export anything you want to keep first: the app can export your data as CSV, along with your photos, from My account → Profile → Export my data (account administrators only, from a web browser). You can also write to us at contact@olagrow.com. After deletion we cannot return anything to you.
